Is there a deposit to reserve my date? When is my balance due?Yes. We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. Your date is not reserved until your deposit is paid. Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Your balance is due in full 5 days prior to your party. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of your party and the forfeiture of your deposit.

How far do you travel?We service all of Tuscaloosa Co and surrounding areas. Any party over 20 miles from our location will be subject to a mileage fee.

What is your cancellation policy?If you need to cancel your party for any reason we will gladly work with you to reschedule at the earliest available date.

Do you stay and host the party?We do not stay to host your party. However, we ensure that your party is set-up and ready prior to your guests' arrival.

What cleaning measures are taken for the items?Sheets and linens are laundered after every use. Additional items are sanitized with either disinfectant spray or wipes.

How does set-up work? How much space is needed?We will schedule a set-up time with you, dependng on the time of your event. We will need approximately 20' by 20' of yard space. The area should be fairly flat. We will take care of setting everything up and will return to take-down as well!

Do you need access to power?We will need access to power to run the lights and the fans. We will provide the necessary extension chords!

What if it rains? What if it is hot/cold?Our bell tent is waterproof! During hot weather months, we can roll up the bottom walls to create an "open air" space. We will also provide fans if necesary! During cold months, the canvas material does an excellent job of keeping the cold air out! All windows and doors can be closed to keep the cold air out as well.

How does set-up work?We will arrive the afternoon of the party to assemble your campout. We will come back the next day to disassemble. Assembly will last approximately an hour depending on the size of your party. To ensure the magical element of your party, we kindly ask that little ones are not present in the room as we set-up camp. This will also allow us to quickly get your party set-up, so that you can get the party started!

How much space is needed? Should there be access to power?Each tent set-up is approximately 4' wide x 7' deep. Please make sure the space is large enough to accomodate the number of tents you are hosting. We recommend an open living room or large playroom if possible. Please clear all furniture for the set-up prior to our arrival to ensure a speedy set-up process! We will need access to power!
